These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the taluma.ai website (the “Site”) operated by TALUMA AI Ltd (“TALUMA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in England & Wales (company number 17143047), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
Platform usage is governed separately. If your organisation has signed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with TALUMA, those terms govern your use of the TALUMA platform. These Terms cover visitors to the public-facing Site only.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations — is the property of TALUMA AI Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“TALUMA” and the TALUMA logo are trademarks of TALUMA AI Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. All other uses require our written permission.
The TALUMA platform uses artificial intelligence to generate skill assessments, gap analyses, workforce recommendations, and related outputs (“AI Outputs”).
AI Outputs are informational only. They do not constitute professional HR, legal, financial, or career advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for human judgment in employment decisions including hiring, promotion, redundancy, or performance assessment.
Customers and their HR administrators remain solely responsible for any employment decisions made, whether or not those decisions were informed by AI Outputs. TALUMA makes no representation that AI Outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
The Site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TALUMA AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the total fees paid by you to TALUMA in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TALUMA AI Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) any content or data you submit to the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms. On termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) shall survive.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
